The natural bridge is not "the" natural bridge, but rather "a" natural bridge

As we drove to Texas, over the cries of my cat in the back seat, the following details were noted:

1. wild daffodils grow on the side of the interstate in virginia
2. the shanandoah valley area is beautiful and mysterious, which includes the county of roanoke. i wrongly assumed that this was "the lost colony" of roanoke, which is actually in north carolina.
3. we passed crater of diamonds state park in alabama, at which you can apparantly hunt for
"diamonds" in an ancient, inactive volcano
4. there was a town in East Texas where ample stores advertise fresh pecans. it took all my will power not to stop for that. i later discovered that the pecan tree is the state tree of texas.
